With a degree in Finance and Mathematics, Linda has a sharp mind for business and numbers. Prior to working in residential real estate, she spent eight years in the hedge fund industry as a Vice President in a leading alternative asset management firm supporting its growth from $2 billion of assets under management to $37+ billion at its peak. She offers clients a full array of professional qualities that enhance their real estate experience. Linda has adept project management skills and always keeps her eye on the ball. A critical problem solver and shrewd negotiator, she capably guides her clients through every step of the transaction with attentive care and well-researched advice on a property’s value and design potential, as well as other influential factors. Beijing born but a native New Yorker since the age of three, Linda developed her vast knowledge of the city by living in virtually every neighborhood including Midtown East, Murray Hill, Midtown West, the West Village, TriBeCa, and the Upper East Side where she currently resides. Linda enjoys cooking and entertaining, getting her groove on at SoulCycle and Tracey Anderson, as well as spending quiet time in East Hampton with her husband and two boys.
