We encourage buyers to get a pre-approval to help establish a budget, but we don’t require it.

Identification will be required by the attorney for the eventual closing. We do not require it before then.

While we do not require a signed agreement, we work with buyers on an exclusive basis. All brokers in NYC who belong to REBNY (Real Estate Board of NY) have access to all the same listings, and it is in the buyers best interest to work through the entire process together with a broker who can help navigate the search, offer, application, and any issues that arise.
